CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, I Comments: Licensing Specialist observed the outlet covers for 3 outlets in 3 rooms were missing. TA was provided: Licensing Specialist discussed requirement with the provider. Director covered all 3 outlets, thus returning this standard into compliance at the time of this inspection. All accessible electrical outlets must be tamper-resistant electrical outlets that contain internal shutter mechanisms to prevent children from sticking objects into receptacles. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A Comments: Licensing Specialist observed the fire drill was not conducted for the months of May and June 2025. TA was provided: Licensing Specialist discussed requirement with the provider. Licensing specialist monitored a fire drill at the time of this inspection to complete the requirement of one fire drill a year with Licensing present, during. nap time and with that this standard was returned into compliance at the time of this inspection.
