Areas of the facility were found to be in need of cleaning. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A Physical Environment [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, the specialist observed that the bathroom floor appeared to need sweeping and mopping. There was a buildup of dust in the corners and behind the toilet. The specialist also observed that both stand up refrigerators were in need of wiping down. There appeared to be spills on the shelves of both the refrigerators. The Director swept and mopped the bathroom; and another staff proceeded to clean both refrigerators.
