CCF Handbook, Section 3.9.6, C Food and Nutrition [SR] Comments: At the time of the complaint, information obtained through interviews revealed a child in the infant classroom was fed formula for a bottle that was not hers. The noncompliance was resolved once the child was given the appropriate bottle; no longer enrolled. CCF Handbook, Section 3.12, D (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Sanitation and Equipment [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, there were four inches of mulch around the green stationed car in the second playground. The provider placed more mulch around the green stationed equipment. The mulch met the requirement of six inches of protective surface around stationed equipment therefore it was completed at the time of the inspection.
