The cord is a potential strangulation, tripping, and falling hazard. Technical assistance was provided that the facility must be free from health and safety hazards. Also, to ensure the electrical cords are put way and not accessible to the children in care. This standard was brought back into compliance when provider unplugged the air conditioner window unit.
