Hand hygiene procedures, including situations or times, were not posted in food preparation, diapering, and toileting areas. SACCF Handbook, Section 3.10.1, D Sanitation and Equipment [SR] Comments: At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed both the boys and girls restroom used by children in care with no hand washing procedures posted. The boys restroom had a hand washing sign posted that only included how to wash hands but not when. The provider immediately posted the procedures for hand washing that included how and when to wash hands at time of inspection.
