The hand washing sink was used for something other than hand washing in that [There was a cup, spoon in the sink; and there were painting utensils on the ledge of the sink]. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, C Comments: At the time of the inspection, the specialist observed the handwashing sink in the four year old classroom having a dirty cup, with paintbrushes sitting in a cup on the ledge of the sink. There were also paint brushes in a cup in the childrens bathroom. TA was given that the classroom and bathroom sink is for hand washing only.
