    Child care personnels Level 2 documentation was incomplete in that [ A copy of out-of-state child abuse and neglect registry search is missing.]. CCF Handbook, Section 7.4.1, D, E, and F Comments: There are currently 11 employees. All 11 employee records were reviewed. One employee, KH, had lived in three states outside of Florida within the last five years and only one state's abuse hotline record search was completed. The facility will need to conduct the abuse hotline searches for the remaining states and submit to Licensing for review. The Child Care Facility Handbook states on page 52 that: F. The employer/owner/operator must send a request for a search of each states child abuse and neglect registry if the individual has lived outside the state of Florida in the preceding five years.
