Licensing Specialist pulled the 2 child care personnels DCF training transcript and observed that the 2 child care personnel did not have a staff credential. During the inspection, the director went into the one and two year old room (she has a staff credential). This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 30 of the 30 childrens records. 43-2: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that there was one child that did not have an enrollment form on site. The director could not find the one childs enrollment form.
