Sleep sacks that fit according to manufacturers recommendations, do not restrict the infants arms, and will not slide up around the infants face may be used for the comfort of the sleeping infant; however, swaddling shall not be used unless authorized in writing by the childs physician. Documentation must include the childs name, childs date of birth, description of sleep position required, instructions for the use of any equipment needed, and length of time authorization is valid. The fire extinguisher certifications are valid until 5/2026. 23-9: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored the Fire Drill Log and observed documentation of the last fire drill having been conducted on 12/29/2025. Licensing Specialist observed that the January 2026 fire drill was not documented on the fire drill log. Staff advised that a fire drill was conducted in January 2026. During the inspection, a fire drill was conducted in the presence of the Licensing Specialist. There were 4 adults and 5 children present.
