During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 6 There are three common modes of transmission for the spread of microorganisms in child care settings: contact, droplet, and airborne. Many common infections encountered in the child care setting are transmitted by direct or indirect contact. Child care facilities shall develop a written exposure plan regarding universal safety precautions, recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to follow in the event there is exposure to blood and potentially infectious fluids. Personnel are required to be educated on the facilitys exposure plan regarding standard precautions before beginning to work and annually thereafter. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 16 of the 16 employee records. Counselor reviewed 10 hours of annual in-service, completed, for all child care personnel for the 2024/2025 fiscal year. REMINDER: In-service training for 2025/2026 fiscal year must be completed before July 1, 2026. 33-7: During the inspection, Licensing Specialist observed 10 child care personnel that did not have documentation showing that the 10 hours of annual in-service training between 7/1/2024 through 6/30/2025. Driver 1s license will expire on 9/7/2030, the physical was conducted on 11/13/2024, the CPR and First Aid certificate is valid until 1/31/2027 and the driver has completed the transportation training. Driver 2s license will expire on 5/1/2026, the CPR and First Aid certificate is valid until 2/28/2026 and the driver as completed transportation safety training.
