CCF Handbook, Section 7.5, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist observed that the attendance roster did not have departure times documented for any children on 4-15-26. Corrective action: Provider will send 2 weeks of daily attendance on arrival and departure times. 7.5 Daily Attendance Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the childcare personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program. B. The custodial parent or guardian may document the time when his/her child enters and departs the childcare facility or program.
