    Child care personnel failed to ensure arrival and departure times were complete and accurate at the time of arrival or departure. CCF Handbook, Section 7.5, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: LS observed the 3 classrooms did not have a backup plan attendance sheet with time and time out times. The staff did not have it available inside classroom to tell LS how many children were present. Brightwheel was glitching and not showing correct amount of children present. LS provided technical assistance from the handbook: 7.5 Daily Attendance Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program. Child Care Facility Handbook Page | 63 A. Attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom. B. The custodial parent or guardian may document the time when his/her child enters and departs the child care facility or program. However, child care facility personnel are responsible for ensuring that attendance records are complete and accurate. Corrective Action: Provider corrected this at time of inspection.
