CCF Handbook, Section 6.5, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: Licensing Specialist observed that diaper cream was given to children that expired. 6.5 Medication H. Medication that has expired or that is no longer being dispensed must be returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian or discarded. Licensing Specialist advised that diapers creams must be given back to the parent or discard once its expired. Provider will give back the expired diaper cream to parents and request current diaper cream for use. Completed at time of Inspection.
