Child care personnel did not complete preservice training requirements prior to unsupervised contact with or care of children or, if supervised, within 90 days of beginning employment or service with the provider. (Section 3.1 and 3.2 Training Requirements, Page 7) [SR] Comments: Refer to the supplement for the staff who has not completed the required training within the time frame. 3.1 Preservice Child care personnel must successfully complete the preservice training coursework described in this section, as applicable. All child care personnel must complete these preservice training requirements within 90 days of initial employment with any School Readiness provider. This timeframe does not start over if personnel change employment to another School Readiness provider within this initial 90 days. Personnel who have not completed all preservice training requirements are not allowed any unsupervised contact with or care of children in a School Readiness program. CCF Handbook, Section 6.4, C (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Health Requirements [SR] Comments: Refer to the supplemental for the 7 reports that need either teacher, parent and/or director signature with date. 6.4 Accident/Incident Notification. Documentation must include the name of the affected party, date and time of the occurrence, description of the occurrence, actions taken and by whom, and appropriate signatures of program child care personnel and the custodial parent or legal guardian. Program child care personnel signatures may include the director/childcare personnel that witnessed the incident, who were involved in the incident, and/or responded to the childs needs.
