   The facilitys outdoor play area contained litter, nails, glass or other hazards that posed a low potential for harm to children. CCF Handbook, Section 3.5, A Physical Environment [SR] Comments: One-year-old playground was in complete disarray at time of inspection. Per provider one-year-olds have been using other playground areas. Playground at large had many tree limbs, branches, and twigs that came down during last weekend's storm. Provider will clean up litter, debris, and broken toys in one-year-old playground before using with children again. Provider will clean up storm debris. Provider will email pictures of cleaned-up one-year-old playground as well as the playground at large showing storm debris has been removed on or before 4/21/2025.
