The director responsible for the daily operation of the program did not have an active Director Credential. CCF Handbook, Section 4.7 Comments: The provider was in violation as of 8/22/24 of the staff credentials violation requirement but has been given a corrective action due date of 2/18/2025 to come into compliance with this standard. The provider obtained staff credentials on 10/17/24 to comply and emailed the licensing counselor with a copy of the Director's credentials.
