From Licensor's monitoring visit to YMCA-Southview After School Program on 5-21-2026, one child care worker identifies herself as the lead worker and the second child care worker identifies herself as the assistant worker. On 5-22-2026, the Licensor met with the center director and review the staff file on the two child care workers. According to the center director, the lead worker is the designated School-Age Program Leader. The Licensor reviewed the School-Age Program Leader's file and the documentation in the file showed her position title as the School-Age Child Care Assistant. The licensor found that neither of the two workers had the qualification to work as a School-Age Program Leader. The two workers were qualified to work as a School-Age Group Leader or an Assistant Child Care Teacher.
