On 5-12-2025, a child under 3 years of age was playing on a Wesco play equipment with no adult guidance or assistance, and the child received an injury from jumping off the equipment. On 4-23-2025, the center staff and children were outside walking near the wood line on the center's premise. The center's premise had orange/red ropes tied onto stakes.
