Based on a complaint investigation it was determined the outdoor preschool climber has a bubble window that is cracked and and the climber floor has a crack, both items are fixed with duct tape. It was also determined that one of the 4 spots (orange) on the teeter totter seat has a large crack, the seat is fixed with duct tape.
