The center shall ensure that children under 10 years of age should always be within actual sight and sound supervision of staff. 1. In the toddler classroom, there were five toddlers napping alone in the classroom when the inspector entered the classroom. The inspector did not observe any staff supervising the children in the toddler classroom. 2. Staff stated that staff #1 was supposed to be supervising the infant classroom and the toddler classroom. Staff stated that staff #1 sits in a jointed hall between the two rooms and monitors both classrooms.
