Staff #1 then had the children use the restroom, wash hands and come to the circle for circle time. Staff #1 was asked by another child where Child #1 was. Staff #1 looked around and did not see Child #1. Staff #1 did a check of the restroom and then saw Child #1 outside of the classroom door on the playground. Staff #1 then opened the door and Child #1 came inside. Staff #2 was on the Two's playground and observed Child #1 by themself on the playground bench crying. As staff #2 was calling to Child #1 to come over to them, the Preschool door opened and the child went inside. Child #1 was without sight and sound supervision for approximately 2-3 minutes.
