During the investigation it was determined that a caregiver in the center negatively interacted with a child by pulling the child up from the floor by their arm, forcefully holding the child's face so they would look at the caregiver, and then yelling in the child's face. Correction action: On April 23, 2025, the licensor verified that the Licensee re-trained all staff on interactions, as required in rule.
