The Licensee was out of compliance with R430-90-24(17) by having loose objects in sleep equipment being used by sleeping infants. At the time of the inspection, there was an infant sleeping in a pack and play that had a large wedge pillow inside of it. Inspection: Unannounced, Annual Inspection. Correction status: Correction Verified. Correction action: On July 14, 2025, the licensor verified that the Licensee ensured there were no objects in the sleep equipment being used by infants as stated in rule.
