Infants were not being touched during sleep checks, and 20 minutes went by before the infants were checked. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Management is now aware that sleep checks were not conducted properly and will put in place preventative actions. A function will be added to their app to assist with sleep checks, and staff will receive training from CCR&R. Sleep check forms and timers will now be used in the classrooms.
