Two children had food in their hands and were supposed to be putting it away. During this time, another child went into the bathroom. The educator went into the bathroom to help the child. During this time the two children still had their food and lunch boxes out with no supervision. — Visit: Incident or Injury Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The educator is being retrained on mealtime supervision policies, and all educators will receive mealtime supervision training from CCR&R during their Development Day.
