The director spoke to the educator about completing the name-to-face roll calls. Also, management will conduct periodic monitoring and spot checks to ensure the procedure is being completed and documented at all required transition points throughout the day. Any discrepancies will be addressed immediately through coaching and retraining. Also, the staff will document every time they do the check.
