LC Freeman observed one expired medication. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The expired medications will be sent home with the child's family on 4/22/2026 and replacement medications will be returned to the agency as soon as possible with the appropriate paperwork and guardian signatures obtained. Site VP will work with the agency Director to develop a plan of action to check medication dates routinely each month.
