LC Freeman observed two expired medications, one which expired on 12/31/2025 and one in January 2026. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The expired medications will be sent home with the child's family on 3/19/2026 and replacement medications will be returned to the agency as soon as possible with the appropriate paperwork and guardian signatures obtained. Since this medication is considered to be an emergency/rescue medication and is part of an allergy action plan, the child will not be permitted to return until replacements can be returned to school. Site staff will work with the agency Director to develop a plan of action to check medication dates routinely each month.
