LC observed video footage showing an educator exhibit inappropriate discipline practices while working with a 3 year old child. — Visit: Complaint Investigation,Safety Plan Served,Technical Assistance — Action taken: Senior director and company owner were contacted on the same day that incident occurred. Educator was terminated and fully excluded from Tots' Spot Academy on the same day the incident occurred. Senior director contacted the licensing consultant to report the incident and had an in-person parent meeting with the parents of the child involved. A DCS report was filed to investigate the actions.
