When Licensing Consultant (LC) arrived to conduct the announced QRIS visit on 4/11/2025, the ratio in the infant classroom was 1:5 with the oldest child 11 months. In order to have a ratio of 1:5, there must be at least one 16-month old child in the classroom; otherwise, two educators would be required. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The oldest child was moved up to the next class. We will ensure that whenever a child is being moved, the ratio chart is consulted first. We will also confirm teachers are aware of the ratio charts and birthdays are posted, as constant reminders.

In order to prevent this from occuring again, they will double check the children's birthdays and the ratio chart before assigning them to a classroom.
