During the investigation LC was told that the educator in the 3–4-year-old classroom left her classroom unattended. — Visit: QRIS Monitoring visit,Complaint Investigation,Technical Assistance — Action taken: The teachers will be coached on the importance of maintaining constant child supervision regardless of whatever is taken place within the center. Management will conduct follow up monitoring within the center to ensure compliance. All teachers are reminded that children must be supervised at all times.
