    A renewal inspection occurred at the facility on 4/2/26. A review of staff files was conducted. See the code sheet for the date of hire. Staff #1 was not hired correctly as required by the CPSL. Staff #1 did not receive the NSOR until 4/1/26 and worked in child care prior to receiving the NSOR. Requirement: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. Facility #1 may not work in a child care position at the facility. Correction: The operator will ensure staff is not in child care until the NSOR is received.
