    On 6/16/26 a 30-day renewal notification was sent to facility person #1 that included a request for availability. Facility person #1 responded on 6/23/26 that the only date that the center would be closed was 7/3/26. Certification representative replied to the email on 6/23/26 and acknowledged the blackout dates provided. On 6/26/26, certification representative re-sent the 30-day renewal notice as a reminder. On 7/1/26, certification representative arrived at the facility at 9: AM, attempting to conduct a renewal inspection, there was no answer at the door after multiple knocks and ringing of the doorbell. Requirement: A staff person shall provide to agents of the Department immediate access to the facility, the children and the files and records.
