Correction: As of 11/26/2025, all incorrect handwashing signs have been removed and replaced with the state-approved handwashing requirement signage. During renewal inspection on 11/5/25, Cert Rep observed the following: Staff # 2 was observed in the bathroom with 2, without being able to see and direct the 4 other - 2 yr old unsupervised in the classroom Requirement: Children on the facility premises and on facility excursions off the premises shall be supervised by a staff person at all times. Outdoor play space used by the facility is considered part of the facility premises. Children must be supervised at all times. Correction: As of 11/5/2025, Staff #2 a new employee was immediately reminded of proper supervision procedures. Staff #2 was instructed that no child may ever be left out of sight or without direct supervision. When bathroom assistance is needed, Staff #2 must request support from another staff member so that the remaining children are continuously supervised.
