A renewal inspection was conducted 11/3/25. At that time, Disinfectant Wipes, labeled "keep out of reach of children" were observed on a shelf in the cafeteria where the children were receiving care. The disinfectant wipes were accessible to the children. Requirement: A facility shall be operated in conformity with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.State agencies whose regulations may relate to the operation of a facility include the Department of Environmental Resources, the Department of Labor and Industry, the Department of Health, the Department of Education and the Department of Transportation. Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children. The OCDEL ANNOUNCEMENT C-24-02 School-Age Child Care Center Programs in a School Building must keep cleaning and other toxic materials in an area or container that is locked or made inaccessible to children. Correction: The disinfectant wipes were immediately placed on high shelf where they are not accessible to the children. Inspection: Renewal. Parent home/work address, phone (3270.124(b)(3))

A renewal inspection was conducted onsite 11/20/24. At that time, the child files were reviewed. The emergency contact forms for Child #1, Child #2, and Child #5 did not include the business name and address of the parents. The emergency contact form for Child #3 did not include the business number and address of the father and did not include the work address of the mother. The emergency contact form for Child #4 did not include the business address of the parents. Requirement: Emergency contact information must include the home and work addresses and telephone numbers of the enrolling parent. Correction: The business name, address, and phone number of the parents will be added to the emergency contact forms. Inspection: Renewal. A renewal inspection was conducted onsite 11/20/24. At that time, the child files were reviewed. The emergency contact forms for Child #3 did not include the health insurance policy number. Requirement: Emergency contact information must include health insurance coverage and policy number for a child under a family policy or Medical Assistance benefits, if applicable. Availability of certificate of compliance and applicable regulations (3270.25(a))

A renewal inspection was conducted onsite 11/20/24. At that time, the child care center had not provided electronic access to the child care regulations to the parents. Requirement: The facility's current certificate of compliance shall be posted in a conspicuous location used by parents. The operator shall provide the parent of each child enrolled with information on how to access the regulations in this chapter electronically and with instructions for contacting the appropriate regional child care office.
