At that time, Disinfectant Wipes, labeled "keep out of reach of children" were observed on a shelf in the cafeteria where the children were receiving care. The disinfectant wipes were accessible to the children. Requirement: A facility shall be operated in conformity with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.State agencies whose regulations may relate to the operation of a facility include the Department of Environmental Resources, the Department of Labor and Industry, the Department of Health, the Department of Education and the Department of Transportation. Conditions at the facility may not pose a threat to the health or safety of the children. The OCDEL ANNOUNCEMENT C-24-02 School-Age Child Care Center Programs in a School Building must keep cleaning and other toxic materials in an area or container that is locked or made inaccessible to children. Correction: The disinfectant wipes were immediately placed on high shelf where they are not accessible to the children. Inspection: Renewal.
