During a renewal inspection conducted on 9/23/2025, the Pre School class was in the outdoor play space without out their emergency contact forms present. The facility uses an application on the phone to access the emergency contact information for the children. The phone was not in the outdoor space. Requirement: When children are in the facility, emergency contact information shall be present in a child care space for children receiving care in the space.
