    The facility was observed to have a fire drill log that illustrated a lack of manually testing all fire detection devices or systems at least once every 30 days. This was evidenced by a log that indicated testing dates of 08/01/25, 09/01/25, 10/1/25, 11/1/25, 12/1/25, 1/1/26, 2/1/26, 03/01/26 and 04/01/26, a period of 31 days between each testing date. Requirement: Fire detection devices or systems must be in compliance with standards established under section 1016(c) of the act (62 P.S. § 1016(c)). Correction: We have reviewed all the alarms and had a staff meeting in regards and made everyone aware that 30 days is 30 days not business days or anything different. We have set an alarm on the schedule to notify staff that they are due for one within 10 days. This was evidenced by a log that illustrated a drill was conducted on 12/01/2025 and again on 02/04/2026, a period of 65 days. Requirement: Fire drills are conducted at least once every 60 days. Correction: We have reviewed all the fire drills and had a staff meeting in regards and made everyone aware that 60 days is 60 days not business days or anything different. We have set an alarm on the schedule to notify staff that they are due for one within 10 days.
