In classroom 203, one cracked bin causing a sharp edge was observed. In the Room 109, the toddler play space, one bin was observed to have a broken handle creating a sharp edge. In the outdoor play space, a broken white plastic ball, a broken foam ball and a broken mini golf set were observed. Requirement: Toys, play equipment and other indoor and outdoor equipment used by the children shall be clean, in good repair and free from rough edges, sharp corners, pinch and crush points, splinters and exposed bolts.
