    During the inspection conducted on May 22, 2025, video footage dated May 19, 2025 was reviewed. The following observations were noted: · In the footage, Staff Person #1 was seen pulling Child #1 roughly by the arm to remove the child from under a slide. Then, escorted the child to the fence. · When Child #1 attempted to scoot away from the fence, Staff #1 again grabbed the child by the arm and dragged the child back to the same area. · Later in the video, as the children were transitioning indoors, Staff #1 was observed once more grabbing Child #1 by the arm. Requirement: A facility person may not use any form of physical punishment, including spanking a child. Correction: Staff person #1 was removed from the class, sent home and placed on suspension without pay. On 5/21/25 staff person #1 was terminated from Children Central.
