    Staff #1 had an NSOR clearance dated 1/14/2020 and updated 1/28/25, which is greater than 60 months. Updated clearance is on file. Staff #2 had an NSOR clearance dated 1/25/20 and updated 1/28/25, which is greater than 60 months. Updated clearance is on file. Staff #3 (household member) resides in the home at least 30 days per year but did not have any clearances on file. Staff #3 may not be at the home when children are in care until clearances are obtained. Requirement: The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). A facility person's record shall include a copy of requests for the criminal history record and child abuse registry clearance information, a copy of the disclosure statement and a copy of the completed clearance information required under the CPSL. Correction: I will be sure to get staff #1 and #2 clearances early so they're within 60 months for renewal. Staff #3 is away at college I already got a few clearances and in process of getting others. He will not be at the house while children are in care until all clearances are back.
