Hazardous items were located in an unlocked cabinet under the sink in one classroom. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Provider installed a self-adhesive child-proof lock during the visit and will have maintenance screw it into the cabinet as soon as possible. Central detection and alarm system for smoke and carbon monoxide

Central detection system was not inspected and tagged within previous 12 months. Visit: Periodic / Full.
