Seven staff have not completed their infection control training in the past 12 months: LB, CE, EH, LKS, LM, MM, AW Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Staff will complete infection control training at the next quarterly meeting. In the future, trainings will be added to the calendar to ensure they are completed timely. Vehicles and vehicle maintenance
