Director qualifications

Director does not have a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) certificate. Visit: Periodic / Full. The program had 3 staff present and working with children during the visit conducted on 11/5/25 and 2 staff present and working with children 11/6/25 that do not have a submitted background investigation. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Progam will ensure submission of the background investigations for all staff prior to working with children.
