A portable heater was being used in the back bedroom with children in care and an unused portable heater, plugged in, in the living room with children at time of visit. There was a portable heater in the bathroom that was plugged in. Visit: Periodic / Full. Plan to correct: Provider unplugged the portable heaters at time of visit. Provider will keep portable heaters unplugged while children are in care and if a heater is needed, will only use an oil based heater. Source: OKDHS Child Care Locator program record.
