    Licensing observed seven children in care with two infants and one 1 year old with one caregiver. Visit: Permit / Full. Plan to correct: Shortly after Licensing arrived to the home, Assistant caregiver returned to the home. Licensing discussed ratios for Large family child care homes with Ms. Tittle and assistant caregiver. In the future, the assistant caregiver will take her child with her when errands need to be ran. Ms. Tittle will not permit any errands to be ran during childcare hours. If Ms. Tittle needed an errand ran in an emergency, she will call someone else for assistance.     Licensing observed a lovey blanket in the playpen an infant was sleeping in. Visit: Permit / Full. Plan to correct: During the visit, Ms. Tittle removed the lovey blanket from the playpen. Ms. Tittle will return the lovey blanket back to the child's parents. In the future, Ms. Tittle will not accept lovey blankets at her program. In the future, Ms. Tittle will replace items used in the first aid kit right after they were used. Ms. Tittle will inspect her first aid kit annually to ensure all items remain stocked in the kit.
