Plan to correct: During the visit, primary caregiver and adult living in the home scheduled a fingerprint appointment for 8/7/2025 and filled out the request for background check. Adult living in the home filled out a Request for License Addendum and Personnel Information form. Adult living in the home left the childcare home until childcare hours are over. In the future, Primary Caregiver will ensure children living in the home turning 18 years of age will have completed background checks, fingerprints, and required Licensing documentation.
