Regulation: Asbestos precautions are as follows: the building shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Asbestos Hazard Abatement Subcode of the NJUCC, as specified in N.J.A.C. 5:23-8, as well as the NJDEP, as specified in N.J.A.C. 7:27-17.2.
