Evidence of violation: An unannounced visit was done on 9/24/25 at approximately 1045am. At the time of the visit there were 2 staff and 12 children present. The 12 children represented 2.50 points which is over the allowed points of 2.34 for 2 staff. Method of correction: Ensure that the amount of staff present is meeting the requirements of the children present. If an emergency arises that a staff must leave that a replacement staff is added to ensure compliance. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
