Evidence of violation: An unannounced visit was conducted on 9/10/25. At the time of the visit 4 out of the 7 employees did not have the Getting Started (basic child care course) completed within the 90 days of hire. The hire date is considered the license effective date of 6/12/25 as that is the date the program was officially licensed and had transitioned from a previous license in which several employees transitioned from. Method of correction: Complete the Getting Started training. Create a policy that is included in the hiring policy for staff that indicates the expectation of when this training is to be completed by. Time allowed for correction: 20 Day.
