Evidence of violation: During a relicensing visit, it was realized that Carla didn't have any children that were school-age; therefore, she could not claim a Family license status. Her ratio waiver had expired last July. Therefore, she must follow the Group License child to staff mixed ratio of 1.34. She was at 1.44 child to staff ratio. Method of correction: Come up with a plan of how she will stay within child to staff ratio until some of the child are older. Time allowed for correction: Immediate.
